Connected Ad Accounts

When you connect an advertising account, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok, to Brandwagon, we store:

• the access token the platform issues, encrypted, used only to read your advertising data; and
• the advertising data we read with it: the ads in the account and their performance figures (for example impressions, views, spend and results), and what we learn from the ad videos, such as a description of their content and a transcript of what is said.

The advertising data is part of your Brandwagon account: the performance analysis for your brand is built from it.

To delete this data, choose the option that matches what you want removed.

Option 1: Disconnect in the app (immediate)

Sign in to Brandwagon, go to Settings → Integrations, and click Disconnect on the connected account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token and asks the platform to revoke Brandwagon's access; Brandwagon starts no further reads from the account.

Advertising data already read from the account stays with your Brandwagon account, and the analysis for your brand keeps using it. To delete that as well, use Option 2.

Option 2: Email request

Email admin@brandwagon.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete all data associated with your connected account or accounts, including the advertising data already read from them, within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you remove Brandwagon from the platform's own settings (for example Facebook → Business Integrations), your access token is invalidated on the platform's side automatically, and we can no longer read from the account. The token and the advertising data already read stay stored in Brandwagon: use Option 1 to delete the token, or Option 2 to delete everything.
